Recent Accomplishments of the Club:

  • Grace Du Van earned second place (silver medal) at the SASP 60 shot offhand International Air Rifle match at Cardinal Shooting Center, Marengo, Ohio.
  • Winners of the FSA Tuesday Night Trap League for Summer 2021: Neil Sudbrack (high overall at 481/500. Lady Champion is Ellen Popaziuancy at 438/500; High Junior is Cody Wilmore at 464/500. High Team (winner of Class A) is Oscela’s, turning in 2213 hits for 2500 birds.
  • Katrina Demerle competed in the NRA Smallbore Nationals at Camp Atterbury, Indiana where she took High Woman shooter and also posted the second highest overall aggregate total.

Fairfield Sportsmen’s Association hosts many sanctioned matches, from International Trap to Small Bore competitions. The club continues its long tradition of community involvement and firearm education thru our Youth, RSO and Ohio CCW classes. Fairfield Sportsmen’s Association is a private club, but any of our scheduled matches are open to the public. If there’s a shooting interest you have, chances are Fairfield Sportsmen’s Association can fill it.

Fairfield Sportsmen’s Association was founded in 1967. It was started by 88 people looking for a place to shoot and has grown to 2,700 members in all disciplines of shooting. The original range was just a few acres on Lick Road in Fairfield, used by permission from the owners that lived in front.

Special Events

Fairfield Sportsmen’s Association has many regularly scheduled events and activities going on throughout the year, these have dedicated pages on our website to keep you up to date with what is going on.


Fairfield Sportsmen’s Association offers different leagues throughout the year for your shooting pleasure. There are leagues available for all disciplines of the shooting sports.


FSA’s dedication to education and exposing young people to the shooting sports in a safe and fun way is expressed very well through our youth program.


FSA’s historic emphasis on safety, education, and skills improvement is nowhere more evident than in the numerous training opportunities offered through the offices of our Chief Instructor.
