The Plinking Range is for casual shooting using various calibers from 22 rimfire to M1 carbine round (with air guns also thrown in the mix). Indeed, the firearms used for the sport are the primers for all shooting and hunting. It is the place to start. The low-recoil and lesser muzzle report of these firearms add comfort and confidence.
Plinking is simple, and enjoyable; this game of hits and misses can be addictive. This repetition, this desire to shoot again, and again, can transform you into a better marksman.
The range consists of two sides. One side is for paper targets and clay targets tossed on the berm. The other side has hanging steel plates.
