Polar Bear Shoot # 41
When: Sunday, February 10, 2019 1000 hrs. to 1200 hrs.
Where: FSA Pistol Range (sign-ups in main clubhouse)
Every participant will receive a 50 round box of Federal 9mm ammunition.
Cost: $10.00 Exact change appreciated.
Shooters may use any caliber handgun, rim fire or center-fire holding a minimum of six (6) rounds.
Shooting Instructions: On command, load handgun. Fire on command. Reload during stage if necessary to fire a total of 12 rounds at each stage. Additional time will be allowed for reloading if necessary.
Shooting position: Shooter standing low ready with handgun barrel resting on table. On command, shooter brings handgun to firing position, disengages the safety and fires 12 rounds total from a standing position.
Course of Fire:
Stage #1 5 yards 12 rounds 60 seconds Strong hand with support
Stage #2 10 yards 12 rounds 60 seconds Strong hand with support
Stage #3 15 yards 12 rounds 60 seconds Strong hand with support
Stage #4 20 yards 12 seconds 60 seconds Strong hand with support
Information :Eye and hearing protection are mandatory. Speed loaders and extra magazines are optional but suggested.
This is an open shoot; non-members are welcome to participate.
After the shoot, stay and socialize with friends in the main clubhouse.
